The Atlantic Road, Norway
The second most epic road trip on our list is The Atlantic Road the connects a series of islands in Norway with up to 8 amazing bridges. The road spans between the towns Bud and Kristiansund. We suggest going on this route during the summer as opposed to sea spray and coastal overtopping that happens in the winter. This route was named the #1 road trip by the Guardian in 2006. There are many places to stop along the route as well as places to stay overnight. Plan a fishing trip with a skipper to round out the whole experience!
