Vacancy: Head of Marketing - Isle of Man

Transfertravel.com is a fast growing online travel market place. We are the number 1 travel market place disrupting the industry by assisting people to sell on their pre booked, unused travel plans.

With over $40 Billion wasted each year on pre booked travel, we’ve created a platform to bring people selling their unwanted travel plans together with people looking for incredible last minute deals, reinventing the last minute travel market and providing a solution for pre-booked travel plans that can no longer be used.

The Head of Marketing will manage digital and traditional marketing teams to maximise and increase the companies overall reach, engagement and sales conversions. The successful candidate will lead and manage the development of all day to day marketing activity along with supporting the requirements and needs of the UK and US partnership managers. Another key area will be the responsibility for all affiliate marketing for the group and support the complete programme internally and externally.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership and interpersonal skills and have held a similar role of this level. You will have an in depth knowledge of online marketing through acquisition, converting and monitoring the user journey through the whole sales cycle. Experience successfully planning and implementing strategic marketing through using historical data, industry trends and analytics is a must!

You will be highly motivated and enthusiastic with a strong commercial ethos who can guide and develop the marketing output of the marketing team.

This is an exciting role to work with the CEO and CCO of a fast growing disrupting company with an overall objective of being a household name.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and deliver the planned digital and traditional marketing plan across multiple audiences and channels
  • Manage and support the affiliate network providing strategy and content where and when required
  • Oversee and lead the content strategy for all lead generation, education/brand awareness and conversion activity
  • Create content marketing programmes that reach new audiences and connect with existing ones
  • Develop and adapt the customer engagement journey with continually adapting and developing key touch points to ensure a strong conversion rate
  • Working closely with the US and UK Partnership Managers to provide and support their sales cycles
  • Results focused and able to demonstrate success through proven metrics and analytics
  • Experience of delivering data driven CRM activity based across a wide array of consumer markets to drive engagement and ultimately conversions
  • Demonstrating strong consumer, market and competitive focus working with senior management to continually develop and deliver the agreed marketing strategy
  • Build strategic and tactical partnerships to increase reach and awareness

We're looking for people who:

  • 5+ years experience in a similar role implementing marketing strategy that has shown demonstrated measurable results
  • Proven leadership and staff management experience
  • Strategic thinker and data driven, but also a creative problem solver and innovator
  • High energy, enthusiastic and persistent personality

Vacancy: UK Partnerships Manager

Transfertravel.com is a fast growing online travel marketplace. We are the No.1 Travel marketplace disrupting the travel industry by assisting people to sell on their pre booked, Unused travel plans. Over $40 Billion is wasted each year on pre booked travel so we created a platform to allow individuals to list their bookings but also allow everyone to buy a true last minute travel deal!

As a start up in June 2016 we have achieved some great things positioning ourselves as the No.1 peer to peer platform, Grown our team to over 12 staff and recently raised over £1 Million in funding with various recognitions and award nominations.

We're looking for a UK Partnerships Manager to join the transfertravel.com team based in London. You will report to the CEO and work closely with the senior team. This is an exciting opportunity to meaningfully contribute to an early-stage company with incredible momentum, a strong team and truly unique product behind you.

The key responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Own transfertravel.com’s partnerships marketing channel within Uk. Partnerships have already proven to be an effective growth driver. This role is tasked with taking the channel to the next level.
  • Set and implement the strategy to deliver new clients through referrals, channels, and technology integrations.
  • Identify partnership opportunities and lead all aspects of execution, from assessment and prioritisation to negotiation and implementation to drive overall growth, brand awareness and launch new distribution channels
  • Maintain and grow partners within the existing partnerships portfolio
  • Represent the company externally and establish relationships with senior leaders across sectors such as Insurance, Travel, Ticketing and other strategic third parties.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on new consumer acquisition through indirect acquisition channels

We're looking for people who:

  • Strategic thinker and data driven, but also a creative problem solver and innovator
  • Demonstrated success in crafting deals that result in company, partner, and most importantly, client success
  • Ability to make thoughtful, actionable recommendations under minimal structure, and quickly build consensus with senior level internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in business development and strategic partnerships
  • Proven track record of setting strategy, building programs, and growing businesses via business development
  • Proven experience in complex deals and comfort with using analytics to drive toward win-win solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Deep understanding and empathy for clients

You are most likely a travel blogger but could be someone who is travelling somewhere across the globe. We are looking for short clips that highlight where you are, and something unique from your destination that the travel books don’t tell you.

  • Who We Are: TransferTravel.com is the number one travel marketplace for pre-booked and unused travel online. We are a platform that allows people to post their unwanted and pre-booked travel creating a true last minute booking site for people coming to look for flights, hotels and holidays.
  • What: You will film yourself and destination highlighting it in a vlog style composition, mentioning your blog or youtube channel and also mention that you are broadcasting on behalf of TransferTravel.com Your content will be featured on our social media accounts to provide quality content for our community.
